SHIPPING POLICY

We currently only ship Australia-wide. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to non-metropolitan areas. Freight charges may apply to non-metropolitan areas. We apologise for any international customers who may wish to order from Mediaform but in future, we will do our best to cater for any region outside of Australia.

*some areas around Australia may be limited due to our courier services and warehouse locations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the amount of items ordered and your location (city, state or country). Delivery dates are also dependant on stock availability.

We have a delivery service that allows us to have your goods to you by the next working day (all Eastern states), or same day via a V.I.P courier service and our own contract courier as well.

RETURNS POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. There are certain exceptions and conditions that apply. There may also be a restocking fee charged with your return. We'll however pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return an item, you can simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button or contact us by phone on +61 2 8892 0999. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
