The Brother ADS-2800W wired & wireless network desktop scanner has the benefit of wired or wireless connectivity, so that it can be placed where it's most convenient to you.
The desktop-friendly ADS-2800W combines flexibility with user-friendly features. Frequently scan-to destinations can be added as one-touch shortcuts to the large 9.3cm touchscreen making scanning lots of documents quick and easy. Time can also be saved by scanning documents without using a PC directly to a network or USB stick.
Offering network features with no need to install software at multiple locations, the ADS-2800W scans documents that can be shared easily across teams, departments and remote offices with documents instantly sent to a network location, SharePoint®, USB or OCR software.
For added security a 4-digit PIN-code can be added to only allow specific users to scan-to certain destinations.

Everyday scan jobs can be pre-configured for quick and easy scanning, saving time and staff training. Up to 48 one-touch shortcuts can be created on the 9.3cm touchscreen to scan to PC, web, network, SFTP, email, SharePoint, Apps, WS Scan and USB Host.
Advanced Image Processing
Damaged documents are cleaned and image quality improved for storing, editing, sharing and OCR (Optical Character Recognition). The file sizes are reduced for easy sharing and clear digital files are generated for effortless reading, so that you spend less time manually preparing and correcting documents.
Mixed media with professional results
From 2-sided A4 and mixed batches of business cards, receipts for expenses to multi-page documents and extra-long paper, the ADS-2800W can easily manage the paper through the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF).
