STEPS FOR TONER RECOVERY PROGRAM
 

1. Tell us what you have 
Fill in the contact form below - all details must be filled. We also need brand, SKU/part number, toner colour (black, cyan, magenta or yellow) and confirmation that they are unused and still sealed in original packaging. The cartridges also need to be genuine - no compatibles or third-party brands will be accepted.

2. Confirmation and price offer
Our toner recovery specialist will be in contact with you via email to confirm whether or not we can buy back your cartridges and the price we are willing to offer.

3. You send us an invoice 
If you are satisfied with the offer, we will ask you to email us all the details including the toners we are taking and the price we offered - in a company letterhead format with all your company details including ABN.

4. We pay you
Email the invoice back to us and we will get you to organise delivery or pick up (if local) of the cartridges to our site. The cash amount can be paid to you via cheque or EFT/bank transfer.
