All Lenovo warranties include phone access to customer support and full coverage on labour, parts and system repair for all manufacturer defects or common-use issues that arise with your Lenovo Product. If an issue cannot be resolved by phone, a system will need to be shipped to a Lenovo facility. (logistics methods vary by country).

Lenovos Sealed Battery Warranty is an extended battery warranty available with depot or on-site service and offers a single battery replacement in the event a covered battery fails to meet minimum performance standards.
