From Monday 11 October, we will begin to allow customer pick ups of orders from both our Sydney and Brisbane warehouses, however there are new rules which will apply and are outlined below. Standard COVID rules and regulations will still apply. We thank you for your patience during these challenging past couple of months and look to navigate as convenient and safely as possible as we move out of lockdown.
If you are a customer located in NSW or QLD, we offer a pick-up option on selected products from one of the below warehousing centres:
NSW: Unit 3, 3-5 Gibbon Road, Winston Hills NSW 2153
QLD: Unit 1, 44 Leonard Street, Woolloongabba QLD 4102
If you require same day pick-up, please only pay via PayPal. If you pay by any other payment method (eg. Credit Card, Afterpay etc.), there will be a delay of 1-2 business days in picking up your order. This also applies to orders over the weekend, requiring pick-up on Monday.
Head to the warehouse entrance for pick-ups. The warehouse entrance in Sydney is located around the back of the building and in Brisbane it is to the side of the front entrance to the building. Within business hours, allow a minimum of 2 hours from the confirmation of the order, as there needs to be time allocated for the order to be processed and the stock to be set aside for when you arrive. We will notify you once the order is ready to be picked up.
Upon arrival, you will need to scan the QR code on site to fill in your details and signature that you are picking up the order. Once staff have confirmed you have scanned and signed, they will grab your order from the warehouse. No one is permitted to enter the warehouse at any time during pick-ups.
Our pick-up hours are Monday to Friday between 9am to 4pm AEDST. Pick-ups outside of these hours will not be accepted. Unscheduled walk-ins at any time are not permitted. Please follow the on-site signage instructions and regulations, and adhere to all relevant COVID distancing and hygiene practices.
