MediaForm is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Development / Account Manager to join our team at our Head Office in Glendenning. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is looking for long‑term development within sales or account management.
In this junior position, the successful candidate will support our Senior Account Managers and gradually develop their own client portfolio. They will learn the sales process end‑to‑end, build strong customer relationships, and gain exposure to global technology brands.Full training will be provided.
About the Role:
In this junior position, you’ll support the management and growth of a portfolio of clients across NSW. You’ll build strong customer relationships, understand client needs, and assist in delivering tailored product and service solutions.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities:
- Supporting the management of existing client accounts
- Assisting in identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Preparing quotes, proposals, and account growth plans
- Responding to client enquiries and providing product guidance
- Maintaining accurate CRM and sales documentation
- Contributing to client retention and overall account growth
- Conducting cold calls and outbound prospecting
- Occasional client visitations as required
- Participating in occasional in‑house vendor training sessions
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Support (preferred but not essential)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Good problem‑solving and time‑management skills
- Interest in IT, office technology, or tech products
- Exposure to major tech brands (Apple, Dell, Cisco, HP, Samsung, etc.) is beneficial
- Qualifications in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields are a bonus

This role is largely about effectively managing relationships between our clients as well as vendors across all industry verticals in a fantastic company culture that encourages collaboration and teamwork.
Duties include:
- Building, developing and maintaining long-term customer account relationships
- Constructing IT/ Print solution strategies for key clients
- Identify opportunities to add products/services with existing client accounts
- Planning and developing proposals
- Providing after sales care

Essential criteria:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales or customer services experience
- Willingness to cold call & visit potential new clients
- Knowledge of IT / print products and industry, a willingness to learn would be highly regarded
