How it Works

1.   Refer someone to make a purchase from the MediaForm site

Step 1: Go to mediaform.com.au

2.   Once finished adding your items, proceed to checkout as usual

Step 2: Add items to purchase and checkout

3.   On the checkout page, make sure to include the email address of the person who referred you (this is important, if no referral email address is entered with the order, that person will not receive the eGift Card)

4.   Complete the rest of the details and order and that's it! To know if the order has been submitted, you will see an order confirmation page with an order number
